We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

–Customized or engraved items can only be returned if there’s a defect or error on our part.

–Some customized or engraved items may qualify for an exception to the return/exchange policy, with a deduction of the engraving service charge.

–Standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to account for the time and resources invested in each order.

–All returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.

–Buyer covers return shipping; exchanges incur a new shipping charge.

–If the Buyer requests the exchange of engraved covers for another engraved cover, a new engraving charge will incur.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
