Quality piece. The gun metal with the rich look of the leather exudes elegance. It also shipped quicker than what they estimated.
The key fob case looks nice in the photos but when it’s assembled and on the key fob, the case feels very cheap. There is a lot of space between the case cover and the buttons beneath it. The case cover isn’t connected to the metal casing in anyway, so theoretically you could have the key fob fall apart in your pocket if you move around with sweaty legs and pants that stick to you and make your pockets stick to your leg. Like me. Overall you get what you pay for but I feel like I got duped. The customization was cool I guess but it’s a little underwhelming when it shows up. Hopefully this helps other buyers.
I purchased a customized key fob and I love it! It’s EXACTLY what I envisioned and the quality is superb. Be careful with the small screws when you open the package because they are micro tiny. No complaints. 10/10 I highly recommend.

i got this as a gift for my boyfriend and i'm in love with it! it is well made, came in a nice box as well. it includes a tiny screwdriver and screws to put it together which is a nice touch. i wish it came with instructions because there's little room for error. but it's not that big of a deal. i'm sure my bf can figure it out just fine. another thing is i wish the engraving was flipped the other way, but once again it doesn't bother me too much. there's always room for improvement or more options of personalization! i love love the engraving, the font is perfect and makes it an even more special gift. my bf has a M4 Comp so im hoping it fits his key, just a mostly clueless gf over here

Look and feel is nice however the leather part with the buttons is lifted and does not fit that well. Based on the good reviews maybe I just got a bad product
Excellent quality and made very well, the leather & finish is high end. I use this on my 2022 x5 key & the fit is perfect. I don’t find it adds too much extra size to the key when installed. Buttons work perfect through the leather.
There are two small screws, similar to jeweler size, that hold the case together, so it will not fall apart.
I received the wrong metal color and it wasent engraved as ordered I notified the company they never sent a replacement
