Order & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 2 business days, then arrive in 3-7 business days. Expedited (3-4 days) and Express (1-2 days) options available. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! US orders of $50 or more ship free with standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. US orders of $50 or more ship free with standard shipping.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Email us immediately at contact@kollenus.com. We can only change orders that haven't shipped yet.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What's your return policy?
A: You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Engraved items can also be returned: the engraving charge is non-refundable and is deducted from your refund, then the 15% restocking fee applies to the remaining price. Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

A: Yes! All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized suppliers.
