Kollen 6-Month Limited Warranty

Kollen US warrants its key fob covers, key card covers and keychains against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. The warranty applies to products bought from kollenus.com and from our official Etsy and eBay shops.

Kollen Protection Plan (optional)

You can extend this coverage by purchasing a Kollen Protection Plan: 1 Year ($4.99), 2 Years ($8.99) or Lifetime ($12.99). Coverage periods run from the date your cover was delivered; Lifetime covers the cover for as long as the original purchaser owns it. One plan covers one key fob cover and must be purchased with your order or within 30 days of delivery. Plans are digital and nothing is shipped. Plans cover the same issues listed below.

What's covered

Stitching that comes apart under normal use
Leather that peels, splits or delaminates under normal use
Cracks or breaks in the aluminum shell or its clips not caused by impact
Keychain, clasp or ring hardware that breaks under normal use

What's not covered

Normal wear, scratches, scuffs and the natural patina leather develops over time
Damage from accidents, drops, impact, water, heat, chemicals, pets, or alterations
Loss or theft
Your vehicle's key fob itself, its battery or electronics
Ordering the wrong fob style or button layout (see our return policy)
Engraving content that matches the text or artwork you supplied
Shipping costs to send replacement items or parts

How to make a claim

Email contact@kollenus.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the product is covered, we'll repair or replace it with the same or a comparable item. The replacement ships within 2 business days and usually arrives in 3–7 business days.

Shipping is not included in the warranty. The replacement item or part is free, but the shipping cost to send it to you is paid by the customer.

Registration is not required to keep your warranty. It simply puts your purchase on file so claims are handled faster. You still need your order number or other proof of purchase. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
