Customer service was professional and helpful. Item received in a great little gift box with foam inserts and molded to fit. Great Job on the engraving...JUST as I had imagined.
Leather fits loose around edge. Metal casing makes the keychain a too heavy for my liking. Still good quality. Shipping speed was fine.
